Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days not including weekends. Holidays, please allow 12-14 business days not including weekends to process and ship out your order. All packages ship USPS within 2–3-day delivery. Holiday season delivery can take longer.

ALFREDA'S House of Collection ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer if returned as incorrect address customer will have to pay additional shipping to be resent out.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-UPS (1-800-275-8777) Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
